Orders are processed and prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready. Please allow 5–10 business days for delivery. Do note that shipping times may vary depending on the courier.

We now offer local same-day and next-day delivery for orders of $46 or more, at a flat rate of $5. Please check eligibility within 11.5km at checkout.

Please note delivery address cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed. 

Returns Policy

Please note due to hygiene concerns our handmade press-on nails are not refundable or exchangeable for change of mind; we highly suggest you review your order carefully before purchasing.

As our press ons are handmade, there might be tiny flaws,  make sure this is acceptable to you before placing an order.

To meet the criteria for an eligible return/ exchange, the product must be:

- in the same condition as when you received it;

- unused and with all tool kit items

- you will need to provide the receipt of the purchase 

Please note, that we will not accept items returned to us without prior approval. Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition.
