Returns Policy

Please note due to hygiene concerns our handmade press-on nails are not refundable or exchangeable for change of mind; we highly suggest you review your order carefully before purchasing any wrong sizes, please choose carefully. 

As our press ons are handmade, there might be tiny flaws,  make sure this is acceptable before you place an order.

Damages and Issues

If the product arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at pressonshahs@gmail.com

To meet the criteria for an eligible return/ exchange, the product must be:

- in the same condition as when you received it;

- unused and with all tool kit items

- you will need to provide the receipt of the purchase 

 

Please note, we will not accept items returned to us without prior approval. Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition.
