About Us - Our Brand Story

Founded in 2021 by Michelle Cui, Hello & Hi Six began as a fashion jewelry shop in Adelaide, starting from a pop-up shop inside David Jones.
 
Michelle’s journey started long before Hello & Hi Six. She used to be a nurse who loved long, fashionable nails, but her job made maintaining them unrealistic. That was when press-on nails caught her eye—a beautiful and practical solution that didn’t compromise her work. By combining press-on nails with fashion jewelry, Hello & Hi Six began to grow.
 
Driven by her passion, Michelle completed her nail technician course and became a certified nail artist specializing in press-on nail designs. Today, she leads a team of more than 20 professional nail technicians. Together, Hello & Hi Six continues to grow, offering more unique services and helping people express their style with confidence.

Each Hello & Hi Six set is meticulously hand-painted with multiple gel layers, making them thicker and more durable than standard press-ons. Our long-lasting design allow every set to be reused.
