How to Customize Your Own Mix & Match Set

Step 1: Choose your desired design.
Step 2: Select your preferred nail shape.
Step 3: Measure each finger according to our sizing instructions.
Step 4: Add your nail shape and size to your chosen design.

Please note: You can choose 10 nails to complete a full set, or purchase individual nails for replacements and refills.

• Purchasing Individual Nails: If you are purchasing single nails rather than a full set (10 nails), our complimentary toolkit will not be included. If you need sticky tabs or glue, please purchase them separately from our Nail Accessories collection.

• Creating A Full Set: If you are purchasing 10 nails to create your own set, a complimentary toolkit will be provided with your order. 

What’s In Our Complementary Toolkit:

- A nail glue (sample size) 

- A nail file

- A sheet of sticky tabs

- An alcohol wipe

- A cuticle tool

FREE SHIPPING Australia wide when orders are over $79 AUD. 

CUSTOM ORDERS are processed and prepared within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as your order is ready. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery. Do note that shipping times may vary depending on the courier.

We now offer local same-day and next-day delivery for orders of $46 or more, at a flat rate of $5. Please check eligibility within 11.5km at checkout.

Please note delivery address cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed. 

 

 

Returns Policy For MIX & MATCH Orders

Please note that, due to the custom-made process and craftsmanship involved, Mix & Match orders cannot be refunded or exchanged for change of mind. We strongly encourage you to review your order carefully before placing it.

As our press ons are handmade, there might be tiny flaws,  make sure this is acceptable to you before placing an order.

To meet the criteria for an eligible return/ exchange, the product must be:

- in the same condition as when you received it;

- unused and with all tool kit items

- you will need to provide the receipt of the purchase 

 

Please note, that we will not accept items returned to us without prior approval. Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition.
