At this stage, orders will be shipped from China. For international shipping, we offer FREE SHIPPING when orders are over $90 AUD. 

Orders will be processed and prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 15–21 days for the entire shipping process. If you need the products for a time-sensitive receipt, please consider carefully, as shipping time may vary at the courier's end.

Please note delivery address cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed.

Returns Policy

Please note due to hygiene concerns our handmade press-on nails are not refundable or exchangeable for change of mind; we highly suggest you review your order carefully before purchasing.

As our press ons are handmade, there might be tiny flaws,  make sure this is acceptable to you before placing an order.

Damages and Issues

If the product arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us IMMEDIATELY at pressonshahs@gmail.com

To meet the criteria for an eligible return/ exchange, the product must be:

- in the same condition as when you received it;

- unused and with all tool kit items

- you will need to provide the receipt of the purchase 

Please note, that we will not accept items returned to us without prior approval. Refunds will be processed within 28 days of receiving the returned package in its original condition.
